Pre-Treatment

Oshthoff Singeing

Singeing/Desizing Machine is from Osthoff Germany and working width is 90″. There is one Brushing and Dusting collection unit Pre Singeing. Padder is from Osthoff with Air Pressure. There are two gas burner to Singe both side of fabric. One chemcial Impregnation Tank of cloth contents 20 Meter. There are 10 rotation stand for A-Frame rotation for Dwell time.

Dyeing

Benninger Pad Steam

Pad Steam Dyeing Machine is from Benninger wordking width is 68″. Padding system is made of Benninger with Air Pressure. Cloth contents in steamer 90 meter. Total no of washing are 9.

Finishing

Babcock Stentor

There are three Finishing stenter machine of different model and working width. One from monforts one from Frmatex and one from Bab Cock. Working width of two are 72″ and one is 80″. No of chamber one has 6, 2nd has 8.
